The application process is designed to be straightforward, whether you are local or applying internationally.

1. Initial Inquiry & Visit

We encourage all prospective families to get to know us

• Schedule a visit to our campus to experience the school environment, meet our team, and see our campus firsthand.
• This is the best way to determine if Danube International School Vienna is the right fit for your child.
   

2. Download and Complete the Application Form

3. Submit Documentation

Submit the following required documents to the Registrar

• Completed Application Forms

• Previous School Records: Copies of your child's most recent school reports and/or examination results (translated into English or German, if necessary).

• Copy of passport (Student and parents/guardians)
• Passport Photograph: One current, clear photograph.

4. Remote Admission (If You Are Not in Austria)

If a prior visit to Vienna is not possible due to your location, the entire application and admission process can be completed online. We will coordinate any necessary interviews or assessments remotely.
